Mangalore Buns Recipe / Banana Poori Recipe-It is a sweet, fabulously winded poori a unique Snack recipe in the state of Karnataka cuisine. When you are not familiar with Mangalore buns it is able to be puzzling and misleading, it’s not like baked mushroom buns but is leavened with baking soda and deep fried.

Mangalore Buns Ingredients:


•           Wheat flour/All motive Flour 2 cups
•           2 over ripe bananas
•           Pinch of salt
•           2 small pinch baking soda
•           Half of tsp jeera
•           2 tsp sugar
•           1 tbsp yogurt (add greater in case you aren't capable of make dough)
•           1 tsp oil.

Mangalore Buns Method:


           Add bananas to a deep bowl. Mash them honestly properly.If you are not able to accomplish that use mixer to grind to clean paste.
•           Add mashed banana, wheat flour, salt, baking soda, jeera, sugar and yogurt to the bowl.
•           Mix and shape a dough much like chapati dough. If you are not capable of form dough add few extra tsp of yogurt.

•           The dough needs to be sticky, so add few drops of oil even as finishing up.
