Aab Gosht Recipe:
Aab Gosht Recipe is an actual Kashmiri cuisine. This is ready for all festival in Kashmir. Mutton Recipe is used most often Kashmir.
Ingredients:
- Lamb – 1 kg, cut into pieces
- Water – 5 cups
- Aniseed Powder – 5 tsp
- Garlic Cloves – 5, crushed
- Dry Ginger Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Milk – 5 1/2 cups
- Green Cardamoms – 6, split open
- Onion Paste – 1 tsp, fried
- Black Peppercorn Powder – 1 tbsp
- Clarified Butter – 1 cup
How to prepare Aab Gosht:
1. Take a vessel and heat up the sheep with aniseed powder,
garlic, dry ginger powder and include salt. Cook everything till delicate.
2. Evacuate the sheep and keep it aside. Take the stock in
another skillet and keep assistant.
3. Presently take a different skillet, heat up the drain with
the green cardamoms.
4. Stew and lessen the drain to half.
5. Sear onion and make a glue, dark peppercorn powder and
illuminated spread and blend well.
6. Presently, include the sheep and the stock and cook well.
7. Continue mixing.
8. Keep on boiling for 5-7 minutes
9. Decrease the warmth to low and cook to stew for an additional
10 minutes.
10. Serve hot.
