How to prepare Kulukki Sarbath

Ingredients


Juice of 2 average sizes of lemon
Sugar syrup - 5 Tsp
Basil seeds - 1 tsp
Crushed ice - 1/2 cup
Water - 4 cup or as necessary

For Sweet & and Spicy description

Green chili - 2 no’s, slitted
Salt - a pinch

Preparation for kulukki sarbath:


 Soak the basil seeds in 1/2 cup of water for 10 minutes then use and keep aside.
 Sugar dissolves in equivalent part of warm water and allows cooling.
         Take all these ingredients in a shaker pot.
 Close the top and shake it very well for about 30 seconds. 
 Transfer it into a tumbler and provide instantly.
 Refreshing Kulukki Sarbath is prepared.

Vathalappam Recipe:

Vathalappam is a yummy dessert, also it is traditional and mouth watering Kerala Cuisine recipe. Cultures can remain and make up for centuries. I've tried to hand over the sort of traditional south Indian style cooking. 

Ingredients for Vathalappam

• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Palm sugar - 50 grams.
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
• Coconut milk - 200 ml.
• Pepper (crush) - 1/4 teaspoon.
• Nutmeg - 1 pinch.
• Cardamom powder - 1 pinch.
• Salt - 1 pinch.

Method:

  1. Coat the potted bowls with butter and palm sugar, and then put the cashew nuts and raisins.
  2. Obtain egg in a bowl add ghee, coconut milk and blow it.
  3. Include pepper crush, nutmeg, and cardamom powder, salt and mix carefully.
