During the school year, I relaxed at breakfast time, I’ll disclose it. Freezing waffles get over my best intentions with a convenience aspect that’s stiff to resist. But I all the time want to do better and be that mom that can have a hot meal ready for my kids in the morning.

I get to trade in myself on weekends, while, so I’m always looking for the best healthy breakfast ideas for kids. Here are several that are a strike in my home, both for fun and nutrition that I carry on hand for the breakfast of my little champions.

1. Casserole Muffins

            -These excellent easy muffins mix the goodness of bread, eggs, ham, and cheese into a meal for kids! Include fruit and some fruit juice and you have a reasonable meal that any children will find mouth-watering!

            -This one works absolutely for that difficult school morning with whole-grain bread, fruit, your option of spreads, and fun. Make use of this idea to create other fun toast characters, too!
