Curd shorba Soup:


Curd shorba Soup is a recipe of protein-rich ingredients brings as one in a delicious Punjabi style soup.

Ingredients for Curd Shorba:

  • 3 Cup Curd
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
  • 4 Teaspoon Bengal Gram Whole/Black Chickpea ( Kala Chana)
  • 2 Teaspoon Butter
  • 2 Teaspoon Cumin (Jeera or Jira)
  • 2 Teaspoon Green Chili (Chopped)
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Ginger (Grated)
  • 0.25 Cup Onion (pyaaz) (Chopped)
  • 0.25 Cup Milk
  • 0.5 Cup Tomato (Chopped)
  • 0.25 Cup Cucumber Seedless (Chopped)
  • Table Salt (According to taste)
  • Coriander Leaves (Chopped to embellish)


Preparation


Stage 1
         Heat up oil in a non-stick container. At the point when oil warms up, include cumin seed and saute for some time.
Stage 2
         At the point when the seed begins sputtering, include green stew, ginger and saute over medium fire for few moments.
Stage 3
         Blend cleaved onion and saute for a moment.
Stage 4
       Blend curd-gram flour blend, drain, water and cook over the stewed fire for 2 minutes, mixing sporadically.
Stage 5
         Blend cucumber, tomato, salt and cook over the stewed fire for a couple of minutes.
Stage 6

        Serve hot, decorated with coriander leaf.
