Ingredients for Curd Shorba:
- 3 Cup Curd
- 0.5 Teaspoon Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
- 4 Teaspoon Bengal Gram Whole/Black Chickpea ( Kala Chana)
- 2 Teaspoon Butter
- 2 Teaspoon Cumin (Jeera or Jira)
- 2 Teaspoon Green Chili (Chopped)
- 0.5 Teaspoon Ginger (Grated)
- 0.25 Cup Onion (pyaaz) (Chopped)
- 0.25 Cup Milk
- 0.5 Cup Tomato (Chopped)
- 0.25 Cup Cucumber Seedless (Chopped)
- Table Salt (According to taste)
- Coriander Leaves (Chopped to embellish)
Preparation
Stage 1
Heat up oil in a non-stick container. At the point when oil warms up, include cumin seed and saute for some time.
Stage 2
