Jangri Sweet Recipe:

Jangri is a deep-fried sweet made from maida flour after which soaked in syrup. It's exciting orange or yellow in color and also offered in white.
It is generally offered hot or cold and it has a somewhat soft feel with the crystallized sweet outer layer. The sugars get moderately fermented which adds savor to the dish.
