Kulukki-Sarbath |
Ingredients
Juice of 2 average sizes of lemon
Sugar syrup - 5 Tsp
Basil seeds - 1 tsp
Crushed ice - 1/2 cup
Water - 4 cup or as necessary
For Sweet & and Spicy description
Green chili - 2 no’s, slitted
Salt - a pinch
Preparation for kulukki sarbath:
Soak the basil seeds in 1/2 cup of water
for 10 minutes then use and keep aside.
Sugar dissolves in equivalent part of
warm water and allows cooling.
Take all these ingredients in a shaker pot.
Close the top and shake it very well for
about 30 seconds.
Transfer it into a tumbler and provide
instantly.
Refreshing Kulukki Sarbath is prepared.
