Goan Fish Hooman Recipe:

Here I give you a recipe of hooman or Goan fish curry which is called fish hooman in our Goan cuisine.

Fish Hooman Ingredients

• 1 medium-sized Macrel
• 10 gm garlic
• 10 gm ginger
• 1 cup coconut
• 10 gm chili powder
• 1/2 tbsp coriander seed
• 2 cup onion chopped

Fish Hooman Method

1. Blend one cup onion, ginger, 2 bay leaves, and pink chili, coconut and cumin seeds.
2. Make small pieces of fish fillets, about three inches in duration.
3. Clean them nicely if you are the usage of the entire fish and reduce into small portions.
4. Take a massive plate, positioned the fish in it and sprinkle 2 tsp of salt,  tsp of turmeric powder and garlic paste.
