Punjabi Kalakand sweet recipe is the thicker model of kova. But here we have used ricotta cheese for first-class outcomes. We also can use paneer; however that doesn't provide the right texture. This candy is quick to prepare, with less components. The unique Indian food recipe has used full fat milk powder, which I have replaced it with non fats powder. So the cooking time varied from her vegan recipe. I have given versions to the substances of the recipe too
           

Kalakand Sweet Recipe Ingredients:


1. Ricotta Cheeses                      -     1 cup
2. Crushed cardamom                -      1/four tsp
3. Sugar                                      -      3/four cup

Before hand, convey ricotta cheese, butter to room temperature.

Place the butter and cheese, for 1/2 an hour, for it to attain room temperature.

Now upload the measured ricotta cheese to the bowl.

Instead of ricotta cheese, we also can use shredded paneer.

But I actually have tried that version as well; however I didn't like the feel.
