Healthy Indian Bolo de Rulao Recipe is a coconut and semolina cake which is also called Bolo de Batica. This is a delicious cake recipe. In Portuguese language 'bolo' means cake.

Bolo de Rulao Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar, powdered 
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 2 cups coconut, grated
  • 2 cups semolina

Indian Bolo de Rulao Recipe Method

  1. Mix the coconut, semolina, baking powder and salt and keep aside. Mix butter and sugar cultivate featherily.
  2. Add the egg yolks to the mixture and beat again. Fold up in the semolina combination. It should be like a thick batter.

Punjabi Kalakand sweet recipe is the thicker model of kova. But here we have used ricotta cheese for first-class outcomes. We also can use paneer; however that doesn't provide the right texture. This candy is quick to prepare, with less components. The unique Indian food recipe has used full fat milk powder, which I have replaced it with non fats powder. So the cooking time varied from her vegan recipe. I have given versions to the substances of the recipe too
           

Kalakand Sweet Recipe Ingredients:


1. Ricotta Cheeses                      -     1 cup
2. Crushed cardamom                -      1/four tsp
3. Sugar                                      -      3/four cup

Before hand, convey ricotta cheese, butter to room temperature.

Place the butter and cheese, for 1/2 an hour, for it to attain room temperature.

Now upload the measured ricotta cheese to the bowl.

Instead of ricotta cheese, we also can use shredded paneer.

But I actually have tried that version as well; however I didn't like the feel.

It is an instant appam recipe, that too with wheat flour. If you have a paniyaram/appe pan then it's double damaka. And also it is sweetened with jaggery. What more does one need for a healthy sweet indulgence right? :) You can whip up the batter in 10 minutes and make 20 paniyarams would take around 20 minutes. 

Godhumai Appam Sweet Recipe Ingredients:

Wheat Flour
-
1 cup
Rice Flour
-
1 tbsp
Grated Coconut
-
2 tbsp
Cardamom powder
-
of 1 pod
Baking Soda
-
A pinch
Salt
-
A big pinch
Jaggery
-
½ - ¾ cup
Banana
-
½ cup mashed (nearly 4 small bananas)
Water
-
As required

Godhumai Appam Sweet Recipe Method


1. Take the jaggery in a pan and add little water, just to immerse it. Heat it over the low flame so that the jaggery dissolves completely. Filter it to remove any impurities and keep aside. Allow it to cool

2. Mash the bananas to a smooth paste with a fork or you can also give a quick pulse in mixie
