Bengali Dhokar Dalna Vegan Recipe is a cake crafted from
kinds of dal. It is a completely unique recipe of Bengali Cuisine. It’s a mixture of chana dal and a bit paste of dried
white peas tastes delicious and quite exceptional.

- Bengal gram/chana dal/cholar dal – 2 cups
- Dried peas/matar dal – 1 cup
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Chili powder – 1 tsp

Bengali Dhokar Dalna Vegan Recipe Procedure:
- To make the lentil cakes
- Take a bowl and blend two sorts of dal and soak in water in a single day.
- The subsequent day, drain the water and grind the dals/lentils into a easy paste.
- Take a mixing bowl and switch the paste into it and upload coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, salt and sugar and blend well.
