This became possibly the first time I tasted real Kashmiri Rajma Recipe
My introduction to anything Kashmiri became some eating place's model of Kashmiri Rajma Recipe which became sweet, had raisins and cashew nuts and sugar with rice, which become a huge no-no for me, at least at that factor in time.
Now I even have slowly taken to having something sweet as a part of a first-rate path.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Kashmiri rajma beans
  • 1 heaped tsp saunf powder (about 1 tbsp of saunf powdered as fine as viable)
  • Dry ginger powder (saunth)
  • 1 stick cinnamon

Kashmiri Rajma Recipe Method:
  1. Soak rajma in approximately 4 cups water and keep overnight
  2. Drain the water, rinse in sparkling water and then upload four cups of water to the rajma

Tomatoes – 2 medium (chopped)
Green Chilies – 2 huge

Paruppu Keerai Masiyal Recipe –Method:-


1. Heat oil in stress cooker. Saute onions till they flip pink.
2. Add tomatoes and green chilies and prepare dinner till tomatoes flip soft.
3. Add finely chopped spinach and garlic cloves and saute until spinach receives cooked
4. Then upload dal mix nicely. Add water and strain prepares dinner for 1 or 2 whistles. Switch off the flame and permit the stress to settle down.
