Bengali Dhokar Dalna Vegan Recipe is a cake crafted from kinds of dal. It is a completely unique recipe of Bengali Cuisine.  It’s a mixture of chana dal and a bit paste of dried white peas tastes delicious and quite exceptional.
Ingredients:
  • Bengal gram/chana dal/cholar dal – 2 cups
  • Dried peas/matar dal – 1 cup
  • Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Chili powder – 1 tsp

Bengali Dhokar Dalna Vegan Recipe Procedure:

  1. To make the lentil cakes
  2. Take a bowl and blend two sorts of dal and soak in water in a single day.
  3. The subsequent day, drain the water and grind the dals/lentils into a easy paste.
  4. Take a mixing bowl and switch the paste into it and upload coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, salt and sugar and blend well.
