Thai Style Steamed Fish Recipe | International Chile Recipe:

This is my first steamed the whole fish. Thai Style Steamed Fish Recipe Ingredients & Method check out here.

Ingredients for the steamed fish

  •        1-Eight Lb. Tilapia
  •        2 Lemongrass
  •          Kaffir lime Leaves
  •          1/4 Tsp salt
  •          2 " galangal root

Method:

1. Place the fish fillets side by facet on a large rectangle of foil.
2. Scatter the ginger, garlic, chilli and lime zest over them.
3. Now, drizzle the lime juice on a pinnacle and then place the pieces of pak choi around and on a pinnacle of the fish.
4. Pour the soy sauce over the pak choi and loosely seal the foil to make a bundle.
5.  ensuring you leave an area on the pinnacle for the steam to circulate.
6. Steam for 15 mins in a steamer.
7. Enjoy the fish hot!!
