Chana Masala Veg Recipe:


Now coming to the recipe, eventually! This is one of the most requested recipes. I've been in search of an awesome recipe of Chana masala veg recipe for a long term. Came throughout a few however it referred to as for spices which I don’t use on a normal foundation.

Chana Masala Ingredients:


•        1 1/4 cups dried chickpeas
•        2 tablespoons ghee or a combination of butter and oil
•        1 teaspoon cumin seeds
•        2 - 3 black cardamom pods, overwhelmed
•        1 cinnamon stick, damaged in 1/2
•        1 teaspoon ground cumin

Chana Masala Method:


•        Rinse the chickpeas and soak for eight hours or overnight protected in numerous inches of water with a bit yogurt whey or lemon juice delivered.
•        Drain and rinse, then switch to a big saucepan and cowl with numerous inches of fresh water.
•        Bring to a boil, reduce the warmth to low, cowl, and simmer till for 1 to 2 hours or until the chickpeas are tender.
•        Drain, reserving 1 cup of the cooking liquid, and set apart.
