Hariyali chicken recipe:

The most well known and generally expended food all finished India is the cooking from the lavish green province of Punjab. Punjab is one of the foodie conditions of India. 

Individuals are wild about nourishment and they set up an assortment of dishes. Hariyali Chicken is one of the interesting formulas of Punjab. The formula looks green in shading subsequently it's called Hariyali.

Essentials for Hariyali Chicken:

  • Boneless chicken (cut into pieces) – 300 gm
  • Spinach hacked – 1 group
  • Tomato puree – 1 container
  • New cilantro slashed – 1 container
  • New mint leaves slashed – 1/2 container
  • Green chilies entire – 8
  • Yogurt (new curd) – 1 glass

How to make Hariyali Chicken:

  1. Take a blending dish and include chicken, curd, salt, ginger-garlic glue and 1/2 tsp red bean stew powder and blend well. Give it a chance to marinate for 60 minutes.
  2. Heat up the spinach in water and let it cool.
  3. In a blender, include bubbled spinach, green chilies, cilantro and mint leaves and make fine glue.
  4. Again in a blender include cashew nuts, poppy seeds, green cardamoms and sesame seeds.

chicken xacuti recipe:

Chicken Xacuti / Shaguti are the version cooked in Hindu Brahmin houses in Goa. This dish is likewise known as Chicken Xacuti and has its roots prompted by way of Goan cuisine

This recipe is from a completely near friend's Mum who hails from Siolim, Goa. My favorite Chicken recipes are Chicken Shaguti, Chicken Cafreal and Kori Rotti. I enjoyed this style of chicken cooked in highly spiced gravy.

Chicken Xacuti Recipe Ingredients:


·        Chicken (Dark Boneless Meat) - 3 lbs.
·        Goan Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
·        Indian Bay Leaf - 2
·        Coconut milk - 1/three cup
·        Turmeric powder - three tbsp

Chicken Xacuti Recipe Method:


Chicken in Marinade –
1.     Clean and trim the bird of any extra fat.
2.     Wash and pat dry.
3.     Cut each piece to two" chunks and add to a mixing bowl.
4.     Crush ginger and green chillies more or less and add to the chicken.
5.     Do no longer make a mushy paste simply weigh down them more or less.
