Komal Summer Drink of Gujarat

Komal Summer Drink Recipe:


I have been making this masterchefu recipe for past one year now when coconut milk wasn’t even voluntarily available in the marketplace and had to be made at house but these days it’s very simple to buy good quality coconut milk from the marketplace.


Komal– coconut flavored buttermilk:


Preparation time – 5 to 7 minutes
Cooking time 1 minute
Makes – 3-4 glasses

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1+1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 or 2 chopped or crushed green chilli (or to taste)
  • a small fistful chopped coriander
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • few curry leaves
  • salt to taste


Method:

  1. In deep pan mix collectively yoghurt, coconut milk, water, sugar, salt and give it a good quality mix. Alternately you can wiz it all up with a hand mixer as well.
  2. Add the chili and delicately chopped coriander.
  3. Heat oil; add cumin seeds, once they buzz add curry
  4. leaves. Add the tempering to the prepared yoghurt mix.
  5. Mix in good health.
  6. Serve chilled garnished with a spiral of mint.

Gujarati Atta ka Sheera Recipe:

Atta ka Sheera Recipe could be very healthful and smooth recipe which may be taken as morning breakfast. Atta ka Sheera Recipes are made from wheat flour and jaggery.

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup Wheat flour coarsely ground
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Jaggery
  •  1 and 1/4 cup warm milk (approximately)
  • Chopped Almond to garnish


Atta ka Sheera Recipe Method:


  1. Heat milk and hold aside.
  2. Heat a pan and add ghee and wheat flour in it. Keep the gasoline stove on medium flame. Continuously stir the flour until it modifications shade to red.
  3. Slowly upload warm milk in the above aggregate and constantly stir the mixture. Add approximately 1 and 1/4 cup or until the aggregate can take in the milk.

 Gujarati Samosa Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-reason flour (Wheat preferably)
  • Water to Knead dough
  • 2 tbsp. Oil
  • Salt as wished
  • ¼ tsp. freshly grinded black pepper (optional)

Method for making Gujarati Samosa Recipe:-

  1. Make a skinny three-four inch diameter spherical with dough with help of a rolling pin.
  2. Cut into two halves. Run a wet handle along length. Join and press together to make a cone. Place a tbsp. Make final samosa.
  3. Do now not cook on high temperature or the samosas will turn out oily and wet? Fry in medium excessive warmness. Drain on kitchen paper.
  4. Serve hot Tamarind chutneys.
